We specialize in sports instruction while helping adults, teens, and children become better athletes. As an indoor sports center, we offer a wide variety of baseball/fastpitch softball instruction programs, as well as some of the best performance/speed training in the metro Atlanta area. Our indoor facility is designed for pitching/hitting/catching instructions, speed and agility classes for children, teens, and adults, and birthday party fun.
